These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (healthhavenllc.com), services—including telehealth, psychotherapy, psychiatric services, treatment plans, and other offerings (“Services”)—and any related mobile or online platform (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Who Can Use Our Services

• You must be at least 18 years old or, if younger, have legal guardian consent where permitted.

• You must be located in jurisdictions where our Services are legally available.

Description of Services

Health Haven provides a range of mental health services, including but not limited to:

• Medication treatment plans, pharmacogenomics, telehealth, psychotherapy, TMS therapy, Spravato/esketamine treatments, and assisted living or hospital consultation services.

• These are offered across multiple Florida locations and through HIPAA-compliant telehealth.

Account & Telehealth Use

• Registration may be required to access certain online or telehealth features.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Privacy & Security

• Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.

• Telehealth sessions and patient data are secured in compliance with HIPAA standards. 

Terms of Use

• Services must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and ethical standards.

• You agree not to engage in any deceptive, harmful, or disruptive behaviors.

Intellectual Property

• All content on our Platform—text, graphics, logos, images—is owned or licensed by Health Haven LLC and is protected by copyright and other laws.

• Reproduction or redistribution without express written consent is prohibited.

Disclaimers

• No Guarantees: Our Services are provided “as is.” Results may vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

• Medical Advice: Services are for informational and therapeutic purposes only and do not replace professional medical advice in emergencies, which should be directed to emergency services (e.g., calling 911).

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Health Haven LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

• This includes errors, delays, interruptions, or losses in telehealth communications.

Third-Party Links & Referrals

• Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Payment & Insurance

• You are responsible for payment of services not covered by insurance. We accept most major insurance plans. 

• Billing practices and insurance processing are subject to our separate Billing Policy.

Termination of Access

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Platform and Services for policy violations or misconduct.

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect when modifications were made. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved under Florida law.
