Who Can Use Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old or, if younger, have legal guardian consent where permitted.
You must be located in jurisdictions where our Services are legally available.
Description of Services
Health Haven provides a range of mental health services, including but not limited to:
Medication treatment plans, pharmacogenomics, telehealth, psychotherapy, TMS therapy, Spravato/esketamine treatments, and assisted living or hospital consultation services.
These are offered across multiple Florida locations and through HIPAA-compliant telehealth.
Account & Telehealth Use
Registration may be required to access certain online or telehealth features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Privacy & Security
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information.
Telehealth sessions and patient data are secured in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Terms of Use
