Is there an age limit for your patients?
Yes, we see patients aged 12 years and older. We do accepts referrals from Primary Care Doctors for ages younger than 12 years, who will be accepted after our psychiatrists review the referral.
Do you do therapy?
Yes, Our providers primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as part of mental health treatment.
Do you take Insurance?
Yes, our clinic accepts most major insurances and also accepts patient’s claiming their out of network benefits.
How frequently do I need to be seen?
As often as needed. Typically, you can expect to follow up in 2 weeks after a medication change. Patients going through crisis or major stressors may need to be seen more frequently. Patients undergoing more intensive psychotherapy may need to be seen weekly for a period of time. Patients who are overall stable can follow up every 1-3 months. Patients should always reach out for sooner follow up with any new concerns or worsening symptoms.
Do you offer Telehealth?
Yes, via a HIPAA compliant secure platform. Initial consultations are preferred to be in-person and patients prescribed controlled substances must be seen in-person on a yearly basis at minimum or more frequently depending on laws and regulations.
Do you prescribe Suboxone?
Yes, our providers are equipped to prescribe Suboxone for the treatment of opioid use disorder.
Do you prescribe Ketamine?
Yes, our providers can prescribe intranasal ketamine, the FDA approved treatment for treatment resistant depression. Our providers do not prescribe IV ketamine, which is used off label for various psychiatric indications.
Do you offer TMS Therapy?
Yes, we offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy, the FDA approved treatment for treatment resistant depression at our West Palm Beach and Okeechobee, FL locations at this time.
